This is a shared blog for all Year 6 students and teachers at our school. Students will write to the blog throughout the year, learn about adding pictures, links, audio and video, and comment on each other’s contributions. Through the ABC News program “Behind the News” we aim to encourage informed debate about controversial current affairs. By maintaining the site as a public space we expect to address issues that arise relating to cyber safety and cyber ethics. By connecting with students and teachers through other class blogs, we hope to discuss our ideas more widely, and hear the views of children the same age from other parts of Australia and around the world. By participating in this process we aim to equip students with the skills they will need to maintain online integrity throughout their lives.

Hi, I am Aybike from Turkey Ted İstanbul College. When my teacher came and told me that other people found our blog I felt excited so I decided to write comment to the blogs which wrote comments to our blog. About the blog; it is really really great. You have done a great job. I liked all the parts of the blog but my favorite is students personal parts. It’s a great idea to teachers to give students personal parts. I will suggest my teacher to do that too.
